Job Opportunities

NOW HIRING LEAD TEACHERS AND ASSISTANT TEACHERS

We are looking for energetic and highly motivated people who enjoy working with kids, teaching them to be the next generation of engineers!

Engineering for Kids® introduces kids, ages 4-14, to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Education through programs such as after-school programs, classes, camps, workshops, and birthday parties. We also offer programs for home schooled students, scout events, in-school field trips, and parent's night out events!

ASSISTANT TEACHERS:  Work in the classroom supporting a lead teacher, helping motivate the children and keep them on task.  On the job training for assistant teachers will be provided and there is the opportunity to eventually move into our lead teacher positions.

LEAD TEACHERS:  Follow our detailed STEM curriculum to teach engineering concepts to kids ages 4-14.  As a lead teacher, you will be professionally trained on our curriculum and work closely with assistant teachers to facilitate programs. Former experience presenting to a group is preferred. Prior facilitation or training skills would be a plus.

If you are a current Elementary School teacher or assistant teacher, we can work with you to offer programs at your school to minimize travel.

We are currently operating out of Zionsville and Fishers and Westfield.  More areas to come soon!

If you are interested in a part-time position as an Assistant or Lead Teacher, please send your resume to Indianapolis@engineeringforkids.net
